Love from the first type

Internet dating is a risky business. We might share some truthful info online but the same can't be said about the person answering our questions. So we must use our instincts and common sense to judge the information he reveals. He might offer information about his work or the place he lives in. With a click of a mouse search it on the net, google it. If it's online then there's a chance it might be true. NY told me you can even use the information to grill him later.

A girl should share the initial information she gathered about this guy with a trusted friend. Don't be embarassed because it might save you some day. As for the friend don't start making wild accusations when your friend told you about the internet dating. Please don't mess up your friend's head because she will shut up and instead keep the information to herself instead.

As a friend we must be understanding although in our heads skepticism screams out loud. We should be as supportive as we can. Afterwards if everything goes well then we should back off and let the friend enjoy her relationship. Beyond the initial few months, she has no obligation whatsoever to share every information with you. You should start respecting her privacy.

Telling friends about all these information is what I call burying root. These days as the world becomes a borderless playing field of love we can meet anyone and be anywhere in a matter of time. I don't want my friends to disappear from the face of the earth without a trace.

PS: I used to chat using MIRC. These days I don't think MIRC is available in CCs. Theres YM, facebook chat and also kampungchat dot net and kampung dot net.

Kampung=village, where people originally socialize face to face.
